Excellent catfish fishing in the tailwaters of Joe Hardin Lock and Dam as well as Emmitt Sanders Lock and Dam at the upstream end of pool 3. Anglers also find excellent fishing for bass, crappie and bream.
Joe Hardin Lock and Dam is located about 23 miles east of Pine Bluff.
