Approximately 16 miles south of Avery, ID. From Avery take Forest Road 301 south for 13 miles, then Forest Road 216 east for one mile and Forest Road 1925 south for 2 miles. The Trailhead is located at the mouth of Lost Lake Creek at Forest Road 1925.
