It features shady picnic spots, a native trout stream and a 1 ½ -mile scenic loop trail that follows Roaring Run Creek to a cascading waterfall. History buffs will enjoy seeing the historic iron furnace that operated prior to the Civil War.

How to Get There

Location:From I-81: Take Exit 150 to SR 220 North. Travel 21 miles, past Eagle Rock. Turn left on Craig Creek Rd (SR 615) and go 5.5 miles. Take a right on Roaring Run Road (SR 621) and go 1 mile. Roaring Run entrance is on the left.Trail Map:Hike the Roaring Run Loop Trail to see the historic iron furnace and the waterfall.
